With over two decades of experience in insurance technology, I’ve helped insurtech startups find their footing, guided scale-ups through rapid growth, and driven strategic distribution partnerships with industry tech leaders. During my time at Swiss Re, I led initiatives with global players, collaborating with carriers, global admin systems, system integrators, and disruptors to redefine how the industry approaches innovation and technology adoption.

This experience has given me a unique perspective on bridging the gap between insurtechs and traditional insurance organizations. Insurtechs often need strategic partnerships to scale, while carriers and MGAs seek innovative solutions to stay competitive. I specialize in fostering these relationships—aligning vision, strategy, and execution to create opportunities for transformation and long-term success.

I’m driven by a passion for making insurance more transparent, accessible, and adaptable to changing customer needs. Currently, I live in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley in Maine, where the surrounding White Mountains reflect my approach to business: resilient, adaptable, and always evolving.
